Support Duration

WP Booking System Pro includes updates and support for the duration of your active subscription or lifetime license. While your license remains active, you will receive:

• All product updates and improvements
• Bug fixes and security patches
• Email support for technical issues
• Access to documentation and resources

Pricing and Payment

WP Booking System Pro is available in two pricing tiers:

• Monthly Subscription: $19.99 USD/month, processed securely via PayPal. The price displayed on our sales page is the price you will pay each billing cycle. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.
• Lifetime License: $399 USD one-time payment, processed securely via PayPal. This is a single payment that grants perpetual access to the plugin with no recurring charges.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting our support team at support@bookingisimple.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your license key will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period
• The plugin will remain installed but new booking submissions will be disabled
• Existing bookings, admin access, and calendar views will continue to work
• You may resubscribe at any time to reactivate your license

Lifetime License Terms

The lifetime license is a one-time purchase that provides perpetual access to WP Booking System Pro. The following terms apply to lifetime licenses:

• The license key never expires and does not require renewal
• Lifetime updates are included for the duration of the product's active development
• Email support is included for the lifetime of the product
• The license covers use on unlimited websites that you own or manage
• Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase
• If the product is discontinued, lifetime license holders will receive the final version with a perpetual license to use it indefinitely

Product Delivery

Upon successful payment via PayPal (subscription or one-time), you will immediately receive a license key and access to download the WP Booking System Pro plugin. Enter your license key in the WordPress admin panel under Bookings → Settings → License to activate.

Support

Technical support is provided via email at support@bookingisimple.com. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24-48 business hours. Support is available while your subscription or lifetime license is active.

License Terms

Each active subscription or lifetime license for WP Booking System Pro includes a license for use on unlimited websites that you own or manage. The license is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
